Dysphonia

Did you know your voice is a muscle? It pretty much is, anyway, since it’s produced in coordination with muscles in the throat and mouth. Spasticity, weakness and decreased coordination of these muscles cause issues with pitch control, hoarseness, and nasality, which all fall under the dysphonia umbrella.
