Aoife Kirwan began blogging just last year for MS Ireland. As a young person living with multiple sclerosis, Aoife felt that it was important to share her experiences with the disease. She believes in the strength of the MS community and in sharing information on a patient to patient level. Together she believes we can help each other in the battle against MS. Aoife is studying psychotherapy at post-graduate level and has developed a keen interest in all things neuro. She feels there is a need to bridge the gap between the science/medicine and the MS community, believing that there is a need for clear and concise translation of information from the medical community to the patient community. Aoife is a believer in self-advocation and self-education.
