“Having courage does not mean that we are unafraid. Having courage and showing courage mean we face our fears. We are able to say, I have fallen, but I will get up.” - Maya Angelou

Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis just as she and her husband were trying to start a family, Angela did a lot of Google searches (a LOT) and saw a need for more women to be open with one another about their journey living with MS while raising children. Two babies in 22 months later, she now blogs, works full-time at a non-profit, advocates, seeks balance in life each and every day, and still does a lot of Googling! We get so many hours each day and she does not want to look back with regret as to how she spent them, which means many of them are spent singing & dancing with her children.

She and her sister both live with MS and will someday race each other in a half-marathon. When she is not learning from her children, catching up with friends over good food and wine, traveling to a beach, enjoying the mountains of her home state of Colorado, or taking more photos and video than you would think possible, she is hopefully heeding her own advice and taking a nap!
